This shop offers a wide range of courses, giving customers the opportunity to taste various parts of meat. The ceiling of the shop has a unique design, too – marbled meat. The Manpuku Course (10,000 JPY) is a popular course that comes with unlimited food – from appetizers to desserts – and drinks. Sumibi Yakiniku Akasaka Ozeki is a hot yakiniku shop where you can taste Grade A5 Japanese Black beef at a reasonable price in the Akasaka area, which is considered as the battlefield of yakiniku. Its style of grilling super thick-cut meats over Bincho coal (a type of high-grade coal) has won this shop a lot of prominent fans. It is a secret hideaway for meat lovers. The Gyu Ippiki Course (for 3 people) (12,330 JPY) is served with a total of 19 types of meat, including harami, barbecued ribs, aitchbone, zabuton (chuck) and horumon (offal), and is eaten with three types of sauces in separate dishes – salt, tare (sauce) and miso. Yakiniku Kurogane is a reputable shop that boasts good meat and polite customer service. Aside from the usual sauce that is put on the yakiniku, they also serve soup made from Japanese-style broth. You may be surprised that the meat comes with soup, but the fat will drip into the soup, so you will be able to eat it up to the last drop without getting tired of it. The photo shows the Goku-atsu Kainomi Steak (2,140 JPY). This course got its name for looking like a shellfish with the way that it is cut.
