The soup is made from dried scallops broth & vegetables one. It has a nicely balanced flavor, tastes wonderful. Thin & flat noodles are chewy, perfect bite, and go well with this soup. Really let you appreciate the finer tastes of mariage. If you have room in your stomach, please enjoy a second helping of noodles.

The soup has an amazing seafoods flavor, and the taste of shijimi broth is unbelievably delicious. So I can't stop my Chinese spoon to eat the soup. Good bite & thin noodles, some carefully cooked ingredients, these fit this ramen like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. Anyway this is a wonderful ramen.

The best ramen shop, stands slightly at Kuramae. The owner received training at Itsuki & Gonokamiseisakujo that these shops are very famous in Tokyo.
Looks simple ramen, but it has amazing clams & scallops broth. I've never eaten this extreme soup before. The umami of succinic acid is very deep, I was really impressed at that. Thick & curly noodles have perfect bite, rich aftertaste, and nice slurping. No change from before, the great ramen is still in good even today.

This shop has been listed on the Michelin Bib Gourmand. It's a very famous ramen shop in Ginza. The shop's atmosphere is good like a cafe, always filled with women & foreigners.
The soup has a rich soy sauce, a mineral of clams, and long aftertaste of chicken broth. Fish cake is colorful and looks like a ribbon, Chinese yam is a unique texture, owner's creativity and originality usually moved me. Five years have just passed since it opened, but already becoming the best ramen shop in Ginza.

This is the second brand ramen shop of Nagareboshi. The shop is very comfortable like a bar.
The soup made from clams & mushrooms broth tastes rich, full of umami. There are a lot of ingredients in this bowl, each one has a different flavor, texture, and nice aroma. The harmony of these is really good. Slightly thin noodles are very silky and go well with this soup. A wider variety of ramens are here, and owner's cooking method is very unique. His ramen makes me feel excited.
