Japan has plenty of nabe (hotpot) cuisine. From sukiyaki (beef and vegetables stewed in a sweet-spicy sauce) to shabu-shabu (thinly sliced meat and vegetables dipped into boiling water and eaten with dipping sauce) and the famous nabe eaten by sumo wrestlers, chankonabe, the variations are endless. Here are some restaurants where you can eat different kinds of nabe for reasonable prices. All-you-can-eat courses are a great way to fill yourself up without accidentally going over budget.
