This exceptional sauce is made by hand every day, fusing 22 spices with sesame seeds that are ground in a millstone for a lengthy amount of time. Furthermore, you will feel the attention to detail in the way the preparation and processing of the meat matches the dipping sauce. Another specialty of this restaurant is the tofu, which is essential to shabu-shabu. The tofu is delivered every morning by two expert shops that have been in business for 80 and 90 years, so you can enjoy the freshly-made taste.
3. Syabusyabu ONYASAI Shinsaibashi Branch
If you want to eat shabu-shabu with other nabe (hot pot) dishes, then you might want to check out this spot.
