Jiyugaoka, located along the Tokyu Toyoko Line, is an appealing little-known hub of fashionable boutiques, trendy cafes and narrow paths that make you feel as if you’ve transported yourself to the streets of Europe. About JiyugaokaBack in 1927, for the first time a train station was built in Jiyugaoka. During that time, the station was known as Kuhonbutsu station which runs on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. 2 years later in 1929, the station was renamed to Jiyugaoka. Now the station is a major interchange station on Tokyu Railway as the intersection of the Oimachi and Toyoko Lines. The town itself is located at the southern end of Meguro Ward in a mixed residential and commercial district. 【設施名稱】自由が丘(東京都) 【地址】東京都目黒区自由が丘1丁目

Popular menu items include "Kosoan-style green tea zenzai" (traditional sweets with red bean soup served hot with mochi) and "anmitsu" (traditional sweets made with anko and a cube of agar, a translucent jelly with a slightly neutral flavor topped with fruits). Bread, Espresso & JiyugataBread, Espresso & Jiyugata is a cafe that specializes in all things bread and espresso, as its name suggests. It is located on the 2nd floor of a shopping complex, Luz Jiyugaoka. There are two popular menu items, “Mu's Tiramisu” and the “Iced Cappuccino”. The “Mu’s Tiramisu” uses the cafe’s fluffy bread which is soaked in espresso and apricot liqueur. By combining these ingredients, the salty-sweet and chewy tiramisu are made. On the other hand, the “Iced Cappuccino” is a smooth blend of milk, espresso and ice which creates a cloud-like dome-top dusted with cocoa powder. Putting two together makes it insta worthy.
