Seats at this restaurant are available by appointment only, and they only have a set menu, their Omakase Course (16,000 JPY (excl. tax)). This course includes 5 to 6 appetizers such as steamed ezo abalone with a sauce made from offal, and tilefish cooked with kelp. There are also nigiri sushi featuring black-throat sea perch, prawn, and many more kinds of seafood, as well as rice with sea urchin. Both nigiri sushi and appetizers are made by a highly trained Japanese chef with exceptional reviews. 5. Sushi Hidetaka
Sushi Hidetaka is popular for the quality of their food, and also for the excellent customer service.
