Wakamatsu is the shop that created the popular Anmitsu (Japanese sundae) dessert. Its specialty is Original Anmitsu (950 JPY). Its smooth anko (sweet bean paste) and carefully prepared kanten (agar jelly) is a great representation of the dessert chef's skills.
