Be Completely Immersed! 3 Latest VR Attractions in Tokyo

VR, which is short for Virtual Reality, is hugely popular as a way to play in a virtual space with 360° three-dimensional space. Since 2016, places where you can experience VR attractions have been opening one after another in Tokyo. Why not go out to experience the latest attractions?

<1> Take Down the Attacking Zombies! ZERO LATENCY VR (Tokyo Joypolis)

ZERO LATENCY VR, the world's first VR attraction where a maximum of six people can play simultaneously, opened in Tokyo Joypolis in July 2016. The first software is ZOMBIE SURVIVAL, the world's first VR zombie shooting game in which participants work together to defeat zombies. To participate in the 15-minute battle with zombies, you will undergo a briefing before fighting the zombies in a virtual space that spreads out in front of you. Will you be able to follow the commander's directions to protect the rescue mission base in a town under attack by zombies? Communicate with your comrades through voice chat to defeat the attacking zombies together.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes as you will be carrying a 4-kg backpack and a 2-kg gun. If you arrive in shoes that are inappropriate for playing, you may be asked to change to shoes available there. There are no changing areas in the building. Take off any accessories such as earrings, necklaces, and watches before playing, and leave them in a locker within the attraction area together with your bags. You will also be asked to take your glasses off. If you have large luggage, leave them in a locker in the building in advance.
