Adorable Rabbit Ears! Puroland Holds its First Easter Event
Sanrio Puroland will hold its first Easter event, PuroEaster, that will titillate all your senses, from Saturday, March 18 to Tuesday, June 27.
There will be a participatory Easter Celebration Parade with popular characters such as Hello Kitty, My Melody and Gudetama, as well as a photo spot full of colorful eggs, and a special food menu worth photographing.
A total of seven characters including My Melody and Gudetama will participate in the Easter parade dressed as Easter bunnies and eggs. It will be a participatory parade where you can sing and dance together with the characters. Gudetama's Light Balloon will also be sold to liven up the parade. You'll enjoy the event even more if you attach it to the popular Miracle Heart Light, which lights up in all colors synchronized with shows and parades.
A photo spot where you can take pictures surrounded by colorful eggs and characters will be set up in Puro Village on the first floor of Puroland. It is a spot where you will feel as though you are inside a basket full of eggs. In addition, the popular Puroland bunny character, Wish me mell, is apparently hiding in various places around the photo spot. Have fun "mell hunting," Puroland's take on the Easter egg hunt.
There will also be an "Easter Coordination Discount" for those who visit the park wearing white clothes and rabbit ear headbands to represent the Easter bunny. Go in the Easter outfit, and you're sure to have even more fun. Be sure to check on their event web page. [This article was originally published in Walkerplus on 03.07.2017]
