This is the first restaurant opened by Jump, a butcher with 31 branches primarily in the Tokyo area. The Akagi Beef Kuri Steak (100g・990 JPY excl. tax) made with red shoulder meat called "kuri" is a wonderful dish full of the umami flavors of Akagi beef.

At this restaurant, you can enjoy a variety of meat dishes made with meats such as pork, beef, horse, and lamb. The Yumemi pork from Fukushima is particularly fresh and delicious as it is delivered straight from the farm. Also, a bottle of wine starting from 1,500 JPY is a surprising value considering the shop is located in Roppongi area. The five omakase plate (1,480 JPY) has a wide variety of meats and is a great price for a portion that can be shared by two or more.

This restaurant offers approximately 50 different small plates starting at 100 JPY so that customers on their own can enjoy a variety of different dishes. It even has four different types of ajillo (199 JPY each). The conveniently sized meibutsu beefsteak (50g・290 JPY) is recommended, as is the rare roast of beef heart (290 JPY). There are also non-meat dishes such as pot-au-feu (110 JPY), potato salad (110 JPY) and oyster ajillo (199 JPY). On average, one person will be full on three to four dishes, so the cost performance is good.
