World’s First Store to Exclusively Serve Geisha Coffee “GESHARY COFFEE” Has Opened in Tokyo
The world's first coffee shop specializing in Geisha, considered to be the most high-quality variety of coffee out there, has opened as of November 1 in Tokyo. Check out this new cafe if you love coffee!
A Brand-New Cafe Specializing in Geisha Coffee
GESHARY COFFEE Hibiya is a cafe specializing in Geisha coffee beans. These coffee beans are some of the best in the world as well as extremely rare, only making up 5% of the world's coffee bean production. Under the concept of "Farm to Cup", the cafe is involved in every step of the process, from harvesting the coffee beans all the way to actually serving the coffee to the customer. This concept and the methods they use to achieve it are things you'll rarely find elsewhere in the world.

The world's first fully automatic coffee machine "FURUMAI", developed by the cafe, is what's used to make the coffee here. This machine maximizes the potential of the coffee beans to make high-quality coffee. It can serve "FURUMAI Coffee", "Espresso", "Cafe Latte", "Chocolate Show", and "Mocha Freddo". The cafe also serves tasty sweets such as "Apple Pie", "Gateau Chocolat", "Cheese Cake", "Roll Cake", and "Canelé". (*All coffee is single origin)

The cafe has four floors and a total of 100 seats, making it one of the largest coffee shops in Tokyo. To celebrate its opening, the cafe invited the top two farmers at the Best of Panama (an annual coffee bean fair and auction held in Panama) to Japan! They were there on the opening day, which lasted from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Furthermore, there were free tastings of coffee made with recipes from one of the world's best baristas as well as beans from Elida Farm and Johnson Farm. Only limited amounts of coffee beans were available.
