This is a branch ramen shop of the famous one "Wakamusha" in Nihonmatsu city, Fukushima prefecture.
It is just like the photos, the soup tastes nice & smooth, really I like it. Noodles contain whole wheat flour, have a nice flavor and real presence although the soup is rich. There are many ramens on the menu, from nice & simple shoyu that use special salt "yamashio", niboshi, to dip noodle. I really recommend all ramens to you. Enjoy your time to eat Fukushima's ramen in the traditional town.

Opened in July 2019. This is the second brand ramen shop of a famous ramen shop "Kai".
Duck & chicken based broth tastes very rich & thick. Robust shoyu is deep, has a slightly sourness & sweetness. The noodles are very silky and a nice touch. Carefully prepared duck char-siu is very juicy, fat meet has a nice umami, go well with this soup.t

The shop is just past the international street in Asakusa. Now became one of the best ramen shops in the east of Tokyo. The shop owner received training at the famous ramen shop "Shichisai".
The soup made from dried seafoods & chicken broth is very finer, tasteful, and it has a extremely well-balanced flavor. Homemade & hand-rolled thick noodles are nice & chewy, has a good texture to slurp them, and flavor of wheat flour is excellent. They are perfect noodles. Anyway, this is very good from taste to atmosphere of the shop & polite service for the customers. I always feel the aura of ramen artisan from the owner & his wife. In Asakusa, Mitsui is the best ramen.

A famous ramen shop in Asakusa. It has a history of over 25 years. Shoyu ramen was born in Asakusa. The master recreates of his nostalgic taste.
The soup made from various ingredients, and a nice & simple shoyu. It has good sweetness & sourness of shoyu. So this is the classic shoyu ramen in Japan. Slurping of silky noodles, the aftertaste of yuzu flavor are nice too. Anyway, I really recommend this ramen to all tourists in Asakusa. This is a great ramen in Tokyo.

This is the famous ramen shop Ito. Main shop is in Kakudate of Akita prefecture. This is a branch shop in Asakusa.
Looks a very simple ramen, only char-siu(pork)& green onions, but covered with the scent of silver & brown niboshi broth. The soup of niboshi broth tastes rich, nice & balanced sourness, and no bitterness. Little hydrated noodles are firm & chewy, and go well with this soup. Anyway Ito family is the master of noboshi ramen. This is a monumental work rather than a style of ramen.

◆ Ingredients・combinations
niboshi broth, chicken broth, kelp broth, wheat flour, char-siu(pork), green onion
