A flavor of Iwate prefecture's duck broth and a seasoning of this bowl are just right.
A nice & slightly sweetness shoyu soup is wonderful, is so Osaka-style ramen.
Refined tastes of blackthroat is so nice. it's great to use as a broth.
It's a simple & nice tanrei shoyu ramen.
Very smooth & rich chicken broth, this is the best toripaitan soup at the Tokyo ramen show.
Tokyo Ramen Show was only a short of 12 days but amongst the many ramen shops on site, here are five famous ramen shop recommendations in Tokyo. Taste the distinct and subtle flavors as you delight in your bowl of ramen—in the show and from the actual ramen shop.
(1)MENSHO;A Recommended Ramen Shop that opened at the Tokyo Ramen Show
◆ Ordered Menu
Shio ramen 1,200 JPY
This is the 7th brand ramen shop of Mensho group in Japan. It opened at furnished shop that it was once the famous ramen shop Chabuya. The counter to eat ramen looks nice, happy to be able to see the process of making ramen.
The soup made from shellfish & red snapper broth tastes very rich. When I close my eyes, the flavor reminds me of atmosphere of seaside. Homemade & thin noodles taste good. They are very chewy, perfect bite, easy to slurp, and go well with this soup. It's interesting to eat coated the noodles with a dried mullet roe. Scallop confits are really useful as a palate-cleansing side dish or item for changing taste. Anyway, it's wonderful from start to finish, always feel maximum satisfaction. This is a suitable to call best shio ramen.
shellfish & red snapper broth, wheat flour, char-siu(chicken), dried mullet roe, scallop confit, bamboo shoot, wonton, new shoot, carbonized green onion powder
(2)Karashibi miso ramen Kikanbo;A Recommended Ramen Shop that opened at the Tokyo Ramen Show
◆ Ordered Menu
Karashibi miso ramen 880 JPY
After walking a little along the railroad tracks from east exit of Kanda station, you can find a long line. This is the famous spicy ramen shop "Kikanbo", it is recently very popular among foreigners.
The soup tastes rich & slightly sweetness, leaves red peppers “kara” & fragrant numbness oil “shibi” aftertastes, these are giving this bowl its accented flavor. When I mixed a flavored oil and this soup, it tastes more delicious. Thick wrinkled noodles are very chewy, go well with this thick soup. You are definitely going to get hooked on this soup, so want you order a harf rice and enjoy to make & eat finishing Zosui.
miso, tonkotsu broth, flavored oil, pork back fat, wheat flour, char-siu(pork), bean sprout, baby corn, red pepper, sichuan pepper, leek
(3)Soranoiro;A Recommended Ramen Shop that opened at the Tokyo Ramen Show
◆ Ordered Menu
Muscle ramen with ajitama 1,300 JPY
Work out every day, so ordered muscle ramen for athletes at Soranoiro. This bowl contains 80g of proteins.
This soup is oil free, but has a umami of soymilk, and nice flavors of some ingredients. Looks very healthy, but tastes good. Chicken breasts are very juicy & fresh, it's a hearty meal. Please take in nourishment here, after running around the Imperial Palace.

(4)Kotobukiseimen Yoshikawa;A Recommended Ramen Shop that opened at the Tokyo Ramen Show
◆ Ordered Menu
Shiroshoyu niboshisoba 750 JPY
This is the fourth brand shop of the Yoshikawa＠Ageo.
Golden clear soup made from niboshi broth tastes very finer, and the touch of a slightly sweet shoyu matches well this ramen. The aftertaste is very long, it reminds me of traditional Japanese meal. Straight & thin noodles are perfect bite, very smooth, has a fresh flavor. There are a lot of limited ramens, so it's difficult to choose one.
white shoyu, niboshi broth, wheat, pork, chicken, seasoned boiled egg, bamboo shoot, mitsuba, seaweed, green onion
(5)Sugoiniboshiramen Nagi;A Recommended Ramen Shop that opened at the Tokyo Ramen Show
◆ Ordered Menu
Ajitama niboshi ramen 950 JPY
High-flying ramen shop "Nagi group" in the world. The owner received training at "Ichiran". Not only his business skills, but also his niboshi soup is amazing.
Balanced soup has a lot of flavors, sourness, bitterness, spicy taste, and sweetness. It's in perfect harmony. Thick & flat noodles are perfect bite, really go well with this soup. A lot of niboshies give this soup a huge impact, but this is Nagi's true value. Tonight, Nagi is open in Shinjuku Golden Gai.
