Newly opened in June 2019. This is a branch ramen shop of "Shota" in Tokyo. The owner received training at some famous ramen shops "Yoshimuraya"(Yokohama iekei ramen) & "Nantsuttei"(Kumakoto ramen) and so on.
The soup is really rich & creamy tonkotsu, it's made with Hagama (cooking pot with iron wing). This is just as tasty as the main shop. Slightly thick noodles are chewy, perfect bite, and it gives power & stability to this bowl. It's wonderful that Shota opened downtown in Tokyo. Anyway this is still in good even today.

It's a famous ramen shop in the west of Tokyo. The owner received training at the famous ramen shop "Kiraboshi".
The soup tastes very rich, contains umami of bone marrow. A flavor is slightly salty, but aftertaste is very smooth. Straight Noodles are nice and chewy, go well with this rich tonkotsu. This ramen is called "Tamana ramen" in Kumamoto prefecture, because it's topped with garlic chips. While eating, you can feel the change and deepening of taste. Kaedma(an extra serving of noodles)is affordable just 30 JPY, so you should try it.

This is one of new tonkotsu ramen shops in Tokyo.
Unique point is no toppings, and put them on a separate bowl. In addition, there are 8 types of topping, you can choose one. Very creamy & rich soup, noodles are chewy & perfect bite, these make a good combination. After stamina vegetables topping(garlic, pork back fat, vegetables ) into this bowl, the flavor chages like a Jiro style ramen(Jiro is a famous ramen shop as a extra large ramen in Tokyo). The broth is amazing itself, a mariage of soup & noodles are excellent, and finally changes an another style ramen. When you come to this shop, enjoy the change of the taste.

It has been 12 years since I went to this shop for the first time. This is the best shop of tonkotsu ramen in Tokyo.
The soup is very rich & elegant, and creamy. Especially it goes well with iwanori(black seaweeds), the flavor of this always makes me impressed. Slightly thin noodles are very silky, has a perfect bite. It's difficult to know opening hours of this shop, because the owner has a chronic illness. So If you go to this shop, please check in advance using Twitter.

This is my best Nagahama style tonkotsu(pork bones broth ramen) in Tokyo. The owner received training at the famous ramen shop "Tanakashoten".
It tastes amazing, has a great white soup, contains refined umami & slightly sweetness, and leave a great aftertaste. Firm & very thin noodles are perfect bite(very firm noodles are called "Harigane" in Japanese), have a nice flavor, so want you to eat an extra ball of noodles. Very soft char-siu pork is wonderful too, so I recommend char-siu-men to you. This is the Tanakashoten's extreme ramen, the best of the best tonkotsu ramen in Tokyo.
