Rich chicken soup tastes great, go well with thick noodles. After mixed scallops paste with soup, the combination of the two becomes amazing. This is the best ramen even now.

Clear chicken oil, refined broth, and rich flavors are wonderful, it might be best ramen. Thin & straight noodles are slightly firm & silky, have a perfect bite, good aftertaste. During eating, this bowl makes me think tasting of the profound ramens and possibilities for the future. Anyway, this ramen is unbelivably good.

Looks like a dining bar, but it has an elegance. Open kitchen counter is in the center of the shop, noodle making room with grass side is on the left, and inner room is main kitchen. It's like a laboratory or something, makes me excited. Staff's cooking & behavior is very nice.
The soup is finer taste, has balanced sweetness, sourness, and full of flavor. Homemade & thin noodles are very silky, leave a wonderful aftertaste, and make me feel the importance of freshly ground wheat, fleshly made noodles, and fleshly boiled noodles.
