Supervised by Mr.Shono of the famous ramen shop group "MENSHO" and Shankar Mr.Noguchi of spice leader in Tokyo.
The shop had a nice ethnic ambience, back ground music is "Energy Flow" by Mr.Ryuichi Sakamoto. Not only looks good, but also the smell is wonderful. The soup tastes like butter chicken curry, but It has a lot of flavors of spices & burned bean sprouts, makes me more impressed. Slightly curly noodles have a unique texture & flavors. Spicy ramen shops have been increasing, but this is one of the best ramens.

A famous shop "Rokkando" in Ikebukuro. The owner received training at "Yamato noodle school" by Mr.Fujii that is noodle master.
The shop has a unified look with the color green from interior decoration to ramen's noodle. The soup is no msg, but it has fresh dried seafood flavors, really tastes good. The homemade noodles made from wheat flour & euglena look delicious, go well with this soup. This isn’t too heavy on the stomach, so it's ideal for ramen.

The owner received training at a famous ramen shop "Oraga@Shinbashi (current shop name Noodle Sounds)".
Starts with a rich scallop broth flavor, and it leaves a finer tonkotsu aftertaste. This double soup is amazing than I expected. Flat & thick homemade noodles made from whole wheat flour & wheat flour have a nice bite, chewy and very smooth. Surprisingly, some cut Japanese radishes are in this bowl, but these are good match with this soup. Anyway, This is the up-and-coming ramen shop in Ikebukuro.

The shop is very unique, looks like Hawaiian style restaurant. The interior decoration of the shop is made of wood, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The owner likes Hawaii, and he received training at a famous ramen shop "Chabuya".
Tastes rich & elegant, has a slightly sweetness of soy sauce, various flavors of ingredients, spices, and flavored oil. This is Tanrei shoyu ramen. Freshly & homemade noodles are chewy, matched with this soup, I can't stop eating. Guitar sounds make me feel relaxed, so both my stomach and heart are satisfied.

The best miso ramen shop "Hanada" in Ikebukuro. The owner received training at "Hanamichi@Nogata". I hear that this shop marks 10th anniversary next year, time flies. Various sounds of sizzle-sizzle & clang-clang in the kitchen make me hungry.
Burned miso soup has a nice flavor, rich taste, a perfect mix of miso sause, and combination of the ingredients is wonderful. Noodles are slightly firm bite, go well with this soup, and large enough. This is still in good even today.
