[First half of 2019] 5 Newly Opened Ramens by a ramen-maniac who ate at over 1000 stores!

tanreisan, who is actively mainly on Instagram as a 'personalized ramen concierge', came up with a series to share his recommended ramen shops through various means. He introduces ramen according to the foreigner's hometown and preference. This time, we introduce to you the must-go restaurants among the newly opened ramen restaurants in 2019!

This will be the last Menzome ( first ramen of the year ) of the Heisei Period. Start exploring ramen shops from today. As a first ramen in 2019, went to "Uchoku@Ogikubo" that opened at the end of 2018.
The shop was received some flowers as a celebration of newly opened from "Muginae" & "Iidashoten" that are the famous ramen shops in Japan. Although advance reviews are good, there was a long line when I arrived here. Robust shoyu is a very finer taste. And go well with a chicken oil. After savoring, I understood owner's original concept for this ramen. The soup made from chicken, dried seafoods, shiitake mushroom and so on.
Aftertaste is really nice than have expected. Noodles coated with the soup & chicken oil are silky and make me feel of fresh flavor. That was really delicious.

Opened in March 2019. This is the third brand ramen shop of the Koike ramen restaurant group. Ramen shop name "King" is named after this area name "Oji". "Oji" means "prince" in English.
Food presentation is so beautiful, and has a robust shoyu flavor. The soup made from dried some seafoods broth is amazing. Flat & thick noodles are like a Inaniwa udon in Akita prefecture. It has a nice flavor of wheat, smooth slurping, and great bite. Anyway, enjoyed the combination of various umami. That was really delicious.

Went to a new ramen shop opened in April 1st 2019.
The soup is made from some best ingredients in Japan, has a nice flavor of special shoyu, finer taste of shiitake mushrooms & kelp, and seep into my body. Glossy thin noodles has a fresh flavor, good bite till the end. Believe it or not, special bamboo shoots (Mousouchiku) are amazing too. Anyway, I was surprised that this ramen is wonderful but it's only 700 JPY. The owner's ramen brings out the full flavor of the ingredients. I was moved by the umami and these combinations of ingredients. I think this is one of the best ramen in 2019.

Opened in May 2019. The owner received training at the famous ramen shop "Honda".
The soup has an amazing seafoods flavor, and the taste of shijimi broth is unbelievably delicious. So I can't stop my Chinese spoon to eat the soup. Good bite & thin noodles, some carefully cooked ingredients, these fit this ramen like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. Anyway this is a wonderful ramen.

Newly opened with the new age. The owner received training at some famous ramen shops "AFURI","Nagi","Itto", he is the up-and-coming ramen master.
When the ramen is served, the bowl is filled with porcini & shoyu flavor, and food presentation is really nice. Especially soy sause of this soup is good, and really feel wonderful umami of chicken & porcini broth, this is called neo tanrei shoyu ramen in Tokyo. After black truffle into soup, the taste is getting better, like a complexity of Burgundy wine. Slightly thin noodles are very silky, has a perfect bite. Anyway, it was beyond description.
