Harukaze Peche Chocolat Blanc from HIBIKA

Harukaze Peche Chocolat Blanc is a peach-colored mousse that was created with the image of the gentle spring wind in mind. It consists of refreshing peach-flavored sauce and mousse wrapped in a white chocolate mousse, which is then decorated with meringue and sweet and sour strawberries. It showcases the four seasons of Japan through its intricate design.

cororo in Tochiotome and Orin Flavors

This popular sweet – a new type of gummy candy that’s so juicy that you feel like you’re eating an actual fruit – is the result of the collaboration between Hankyu and UHA Mikakoto. Magokoro from Sazae

Magokoro is a new Japanese sweet from Sazae, which is a shop that sells taiyaki (fish-shaped dough with bean paste filling) and ohagi (rice ball covered in sweet beans) made only with azuki (red beans) from Tokachi. It is made by wrapping bean paste – made with plenty of roasted dark kinako (soy flour) – in a batter, kneading that mixture with even more kinako, and then adding slightly bitter brown sugar syrup to make it even more flavorful.

Toncho from Kinugasa

The signature product of this well-established confectionery shop in Osaka is the Okowa. It is made by blending soybeans and salted kelp with steamed glutinous rice (made with locally-produced mochi rice), and then covering it in koume (a kind of plum) to make it colorful. They also offer Tomorokoshi Toncho (350 JPY), which is only available at the Hanshin Umeda Main Store.

Mitarashi Dango of Kiyasu Sohonpo

Kiyasu Sohonpo is a famous confectionery store in Juso, Osaka. Its most popular product is the Mitarashi Dango. It is made by grilling the dango (dumpling) upon order and then generously covering it in a special salty-sweet sauce. It has a delicious aroma and is exceptionally chewy.
