Popular Burger Shop Makes its First Appearance in the Kansai Area! The Specialty is a Kushi Katsu Burger OK to Double Dip
J.S. BURGERS CAFE, an American style burger restaurant that is extremely popular in the Kanto region, opened its first Kansai branch, J.S. BURGERS CAFE E-MA Umeda Shop, on December 16.
J.S. BURGERS CAFE's mission is to be the "most familiar gourmet burger shop that embodies trendiness and a dedication to quality." It offers 100% beef gourmet burgers made with no fillers and served with lots of vegetables.
Their various burgers, which are healthy yet voluminous and incorporate a variety of Japanese ingredients, are attracting attention not only in Japan, but also from abroad.
The key feature of the E-MA Umeda Shop is that it serves a WEST SIDE DIP BURGER (1,210 JPY, excl. tax), that can only be found here. It is an outstanding burger with beef, jack cheese and onions based on the French dip sandwich from the west coast of the United States, as well as elements of the Osaka specialty dish, kushi katsu (deep-fried skewers).
Enjoy after dunking into a gravy made with ikari sauce!
J.S. BURGERS CAFE, which opened its first branch in 2000, now has six branches including the one at E-MA Umeda. Sink your teeth into a new style of burger that is "ok to double dip" in the sauce, at this super popular burger shop. [This article was originally published in Walkerplus on 12.26.2016]
