The Kogashi Kinako Black Sugar Matcha with Skewered Shiratama Dumplings (730 JPY incl. tax) and Kogashi Kinako Black Sugar Hojicha with Skewered Shiratama Dumplings (730 JPY incl. tax) are quite original visually, covered with a layer of milk foam and topped audaciously with skewered dumplings. The surface of the milk foam is sprinkled with kinako (roasted soybean powder) and Okinawan black sugar, which has been toasted with a flame until crispy, so you can enjoy the fragrant aroma of kinako together with the crunch of the black sugar.
