The menu consists of five Chef's Selection Courses (5,000 JPY (excl. tax) - 15,000 JPY (excl. tax)) with varying prices and ingredients. Reservations for lunch must be made at least one day in advance, and is limited to parties of four people or more. This is a restaurant near Aiau-bashi over Dotonbori River, which flows through the Minami commercial district. Its carefully-prepared food represents "real Osaka cooking". The menu consists of a 10-dish Chef's Selection Kaiseki Course (12,000 JPY (excl. tax) and 15,000 JPY (excl. tax)). The quantity and order of the food that is served is adjusted in accordance with the customer's eating pace, so the flow of the food is also one of the enjoyments of the meal. The rice is also served at the perfect timing.

This is a restaurant that’s located five minutes on foot from Nippombashi Station in Osaka. The food is made with seasonal ingredients that are prepared using the restaurant's proprietary techniques to bring out the best of their flavors.
