1. The Kitchen Hostel Ao
This is a stylish and clean hostel. The dormitory has an auto-lock security system as well as amenities such as mouth wash and sunscreen.
Shared facilities include the bathroom and laundry (fee required). The lounge has many books and other information on traveling in Okinawa, and the hostel will help arrange for rental cars. In addition, there is a bar on site that serves food made with Okinawan ingredients and seafood. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the hostel. There are English-speaking staff.

2. Guest House Chura Cucule Ishigakijima
This is a a guest house on Ishigaki Island. It is popular for the owner's friendly personality and the at-home atmosphere. The entirely handmade wood interior has a warm atmosphere. There are shared facilities such as a library with 1,000 manga comic books, a dining kitchen, shower rooms, and coin-operated laundry. There are three types of rooms: The individual rooms you can relax in, the BOX-type spaces that are like hideaways, and the Group rooms that accommodate up to three people. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the hostel.

2. Guest House Chura Cucule Ishigakijima

This place is about 12 minutes by car from the famous snorkeling site of Cape Maeda. You can enjoy barbecuing here, so it is recommended for those who like to cook for themselves. Shared facilities include a kitchen (with microwave, stove, and refrigerator), washing machine, and bathroom. Bicycles can be rented for free. Free Wi-Fi can be accessed in the guestrooms. There are English-speaking staff.

4. Maxi ALPA
This is a a capsule hotel with an extensive security system that is comforting for female guests. There is a ladies only floor, and there are security locks on each floor and locker. There are also surveillance cameras. The hotel also rents out wire locks to secure suitcases.
There is a cafe on the first floor, and a microwave and electric pot on each floor. Drug stores and supermarkets are conveniently located in the neighborhood. There are shower rooms and coin-operated laundry available as shared facilities.

5. Cabin Hibiss
Cabin Hibiss is on Heiwa-dori in Naha. It is in a great location with easy access to major tourist destinations such as Makishi Public Market, Yachimun Street and Kokusai Street. The interior is clean with no smoking allowed, and shared facilities include bathrooms, lounge, and laundry machines (fee charged). There are convenience stores nearby. Free Wi-Fi can be accessed in the guestrooms.
