Uploading Shots to Instagram is a Must?! Top 15 Photo-Worthy Spots in Legoland (R) Japan

Legoland (R) Japan has finally opened its doors with a grand opening on April 1, 2017. Filled with attractions inspired by Lego (R) blocks, and a wide array of gourmet dishes to enjoy, Legoland is a park that is dotted with various Lego (R) models and cute mini figurines that were all made from Lego (R) blocks. Here are the cute Lego (R) models in each area that you will surely want in your souvenir photos!


As soon as you get inside the ticket gate, you will see a huge monster standing right in front of you. It’s a Lego (R) model that boasts of being the largest display in the entire park. Could it be a sign of things to come in those seven areas inside?


You will get to meet Kai, the hero in the popular Lego (R) blocks series and animated series Lego (R) Ninjago, inside The Big Shop!


Take a seat next to the models of Friends Lego (R), a Lego (R) series with a huge following among girls, and snap a photo.


When you take part in the Lego (R) Factory Tour that will let you observe the manufacturing process involved in making Lego (R) blocks, you will see mini figurines of the workers standing beside the building.

Bricktopia


There’s a gigantic scientist in front of the Observation Tower, the iconic attraction of the park. Take note of the Frankenstein mini figurine at his feet, too.


There is a huge, colorful elephant figure right beside Brick Party. You will also find wooden boxes around containing Lego (R) blocks that you can touch and play with.

Adventure


There’s an enormous squid beside the S.Q.U.I.D. Surfer, an exhilarating attraction that glides on water. Are the Lego (R) divers being attacked?!


There is a massive pharaoh figure enshrined right next to the entrance to the Lost Kingdom Adventure, a highlight of the Adventure zone.

Lego (R) City


You can take a photo while surrounded by the characters from Lego (R) Friends in front of Heartlake Shop.


There is a Lego (R) model mounting a huge tricycle at the 1st floor of the Brick House Burgers, where you can eat a variety of burgers.


There’s Marilyn Monroe surrounded by paparazzi in front of the Palace Cinema! Note that the flashes of their cameras really light up.

Knight’s Kingdom


There is an old knight standing in front of the entrance to Knight’s Kingdom. There are many other different kinds of warriors and soldiers found inside this area.

Pirate Shores


You can see two pirates engaged in a duel at the gate to Pirate Shores.


There’s a giant alligator in front of the Lost Booty Trading Post. Will it eat the old lady that’s in front of it?!


There’s a pirate locked inside a jailhouse. Go inside the jailhouse and you will feel like a true prisoner with the pirate!

The spots featured here are just a portion of the major spots and highlights at Legoland (R) Japan. There are still a lot of Lego (R) models and mini figurines inside the park, so try to walk around and find them all!
