Eating Slowly is Outdated Now?! At This Restaurant, You Can Eat Crab and Shrimp 〇〇 Style!

The CRUSTY CRAB, a seafood restaurant where you can eat shrimp and crab, opened in Nagoya Station on Saturday, April 1st, 2017.

The "crusty" part of the name refers to "having a shell," and evokes the word "crush," meaning "to destroy with your hands." It implies the way this restaurant would prefer their customers to eat.

Eat with your hands!

This restaurant offers hearty dishes that you eat with your hands, including their voluminous most popular dish, the Daily Crab Combo (4500 JPY (excl. tax)) which has 400g of seafood like crab, shrimp, and fish, the 3 types of Combo platters, or the Crab Platter (3500 JPY (excl. tax)). Of course, they have gloves for people who don't want to dirty their hands.

Even dessert is eaten after smashing it!

You crush not just the main dish, the Crab Combo (4500 JPY (excl. tax)), with a hammer, but also the dessert, Crush Dolce (790 JPY (excl. tax)). The cookies and brownies are wrapped in a dessert sheet, and you crush it to the size you desire! Once you open the sheet, you can customize it to make your original dessert by covering it in sauce.

Open from the morning, plus there's a buffet!

For breakfast, there's a buffet and drink for 1200 JPY that includes 3 types of deli selections, cereal, and more. For lunch, sandwiches and rolls made with crab and shrimp are available. There are plenty of selections you can make including salad sets and deli salad sets.

The CRUSTY CRAB is a place where you can enjoy eating fresh, hearty seafood meals. If you share the food served on huge plates with your friends, you'll become even closer!
