1. Nagoya Yakiniku Chinchikochin
"Chinchikochin" is a word that means "very hot" in Nagoya dialect. It's a restaurant where you can enjoy an all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat yakiniku for a reasonable price. Actually, from Mondays to Thursdays (excluding days before holidays), the 120 minute all-you-can-eat that is normally 4,300 JPY (incl. tax) is lowered to 3,860 JPY (incl. tax) for an even bigger deal that includes 80 types of meals and drinks. The meat dipped in their original secret sauce is exquisite. The owner's recommended dish is the nakaochi kalbi (meat from between two ribs), which are rich and flavorful. They're open until 3:00 am, so you can enjoy yakiniku until late.

For example, they have dishes such as Hida Gyu Uni Maki Rosu, in which beef loin is wrapped around sea urchin and only one side of it is grilled. They also have Hida Gyu Sirloin Sukiyaki (1,500 JPY (excl. tax)) in which thinly sliced sirloin is lightly grilled and dipped in egg. Dishes like this are super popular because they can't be eaten anywhere else! They also have a regular line-up of 5-6 different sake brands from the local Aichi area, so you can enjoy the charming marriage between the sake and the Hida beef.
5. Yakiniku Hanabi Meieki Branch
This restaurant can be enjoyed whether you want to stuff yourself or if you want a light meal of meat to go along with a night of enjoying liquor. There's a large showcase at the entrance where they line up that day's side dishes and fresh meat. It's great that you can see what you can eat while you wait to be shown to your seat. The recommendation is the Atsugiri Ipponyaki (starting at 2,200 JPY (excl. tax)). It's a thick cut of meat that changes depending on what's available that day, and they cut it into hearty pieces in front of you. This restaurant offers mostly delicious red meat, and pays great attention to details like the thickness of the meat and how long the meat should be grilled.
