<1> The Gyukatsu-don at a Standalone Restaurant in Gion-Shijo
Mamemanmi Gion is a restaurant run by the chief chef of a ryokan inn that has been on the Michelin Kyoto Guide for six consecutive years. The lunch Gyukatsu-don (1,944 JPY) with 120g of domestic beef round has rare-cooked meat enhanced by a flaky batter and sweet sauce.
<2> Outstanding Single Serving Sukiyaki
Hyakushokuya Sukiyakisenka is a new venture by a steak bowl specialty restaurant in Saiin that has constant queues. The special warishita sauce made with 14 ingredients enhances the umami flavors of the highgrade domestic beef. The specialty Domestic Beef Sukiyaki Set (1,188 JPY), that is limited to 100 servings a day, comes with 130g of domestic beef and plenty of vegetables.

<3>Be Amazed by the Omi Beef Bowl that Melts in the Mouth!
Gyugyu Gion Main Store is a nikubaru (meat bar) where you can enjoy Omi beef and Japanese Black beef at reasonable prices. Bowls such as Omigyu Otorono Usshishi-don (1,836 JPY), and set menus are available at lunchtime, and in the evening, there is a wide selection of outstanding dishes such as Omi Beef Red Meat Flame Grilled Nigiri Sushi (324 JPY/piece).
