Bara (Rose) no Love Letter (216 JPY for 1, 1,404 JPY for 6) is a pretty madeleine in the shape of a rose, which is Enoki-tei's iron plate motif. The batter is made with rosehip jam and honey. It has a luxurious flavor, with plenty of butter and a hint of honey. Since roses represent love, boxes of Bara no Love Letter come with a "love letter" leaflet with the words "To my dearest".
