This restaurant just opened on February 16, 2017. It serves creative kaiseki-style Japanese cuisine created by the chief chef, who honed his skills at a famous Japanese restaurant in Tokyo. The popular lunch bowls have fish chosen by the owner, who is dedicated to offering fresh seafood, including tuna from the port of Misaki and shirasu whitebait from Hayama, both of which are in Kanagawa.
