Here, the pizzas that are baked in a high-temperature kiln are characterized by a crispy surface and a doughy texture inside. Even the dishes here are rich in Hawaiian taste, starting with the Poke (a dish of thinly sliced and seasoned fresh fish) (prices start at 580 JPY (excl. tax)) and the Lomi Lomi (a dish that is made by combining thinly sliced salmon, onions and tomatoes) (prices start at 550 JPY (excl. tax)). This shop’s specialty is the Garlic Shrimp (1,380 JPY (excl. tax)) that comes with the irresistible aroma of shrimps that are deep-fried whole in their shells.
