The Niseko, Toya, and Noboribetsu area is about two hours by car from the city of Sapporo. Niseko is famous for its outdoor activities, and Toya and Noboribetsu are famous for their onsen hot springs, but what are the spots that locals recommend? No. 1 Lake Toya (Pleasure Boat, Walking, Activities)
There are many postings that focus on the healing properties of taking a walk on Nakajima Island such as: "The walking path in the forest on Nakajima on Lake Toya is nice. It feels like an isolated island. You can casually enjoy the quiet and dense air of a Hokkaido forest there." (Y.O., forties); "Nakajima is a healing place.
