Miyakawa is a restaurant that offers seafood from Hokkaido, as well as other strictly selected ingredients from all over Japan. Seats at this restaurant are available by appointment only, and they only have a set menu, their Omakase Course (16,000 JPY (excl. tax)). This course includes 5 to 6 appetizers such as steamed ezo abalone with a sauce made from offal, and tilefish cooked with kelp. There are also nigiri sushi featuring black-throat sea perch, prawn, and many more kinds of seafood, as well as rice with sea urchin. Both nigiri sushi and appetizers are made by a highly trained Japanese chef with exceptional reviews. They also have a wide selection of beverages including Japanese sake and wine, which would be a perfect match for all the delicious appetizers.
5. Sushi Hidetaka
Sushi Hidetaka is popular for the quality of their food, and also for the excellent customer service. Their course includes 8 appetizers and 12 different types of nigiri sushi, with an estimated price of approximately 15,000 JPY.
